He was predeceased by : his parents, Rutherford Kennedy and Arlene Kennedy (Stevenson); and his siblings, Wayne Kennedy and Lillian Stromire. He is survived by : his children, Corey (Thuy Kennedy), Joshua (Katie Luttrell), Daniel (Kimberly Pierce), Kasey (Charles Gann), Travis (Kaishia Kennedy), Mikki Kennedy of Portland, OR, Tracy Kennedy of Port Townsend, WA, Shawn Kennedy of Gervais, OR, Codi Kennedy of New York, Nathan Kennedy, John Kennedy and Kristina Adams; and his siblings, Dan, Delores Kennedy of Vancouver, WA, Sandra and Gordon Monks of Scappoose, OR. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Elim Cemetery (13427 NE 159th St, Brush Prairie, WA 98606).
