Takashi was predeceased by: wife Mitsue Matsui. Takashi is survived by: children, Stan (Lori) and Kazue Nakahara (Hidetaka); and half-sister Noriko Kitehara Private Inurnment. Takashi is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
