He is survived by: his grandparents, Burl, Mae Fitzgerald and Virginia; his wife Sheila Boxley; his mother Essie Norris; his children, Christopher Meegan Sr., Seamus Boxley (Nadia), Daniel Boxley (Alisha), Michael Boxley Sr. (Nicole), Mary Boxley and Antonio Cousar; his grandchildren, Kielan Meegan, Jaya Meegan, Christopher Meegan Jr., Elyjah Meegan, Aiden Boxley, Alexander Boxley, Michael Boxley Jr., Delilah Boxley, Alba Boxley, Indira Carey, Naiya Carey, Lola Boxley, Dontae Cousar and Kevon Cousar; and his sisters, Delores Countee, Iris Boxley-Barr and Delreo Norris-Towler. He is also survived by brothers/sisters/nephews and nieces.
