He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda, Tammy and Leslie; his wife Cheryl; his daughter-in-law Nancy; and his sisters, Margie, Nancy and Karen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
