With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma M Gowler Taylor (Bremerton, Washington), who passed away on April 25, 2020 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma M Gowler Taylor to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Taylor and Ruth Taylor of Gorst, WA.; her sisters, Louella Ellis and Phyllis Megaw; and also Woodie Steven Gowler (Billy).

She is survived by: her spouse Gene O. Gowler of Bremerton; her sons, Richard and Michael Gowler of Bremerton; and her grandchildren, Sherrie Henslee of Bremerton, Robin Ingram of Longview, WA, Brian Gowler of Graham, WA, Clifford Reinbold of Port Orchard, Tim (Tom DeBord) and Stand (Howard Froggatt).

No services will be held but a Celebration of Life will follow later this summer after the pandemic has been lifted.

“When growing up Wilma was like a 2nd mom to me, I was always welcome and received with open arms, except when Mickey Mouse ears were air born ( lol). .I was treated with like kindness of being a son. I'm never to forget her grin, the twinkle in the eyes. I think back and shame on me...I do not think I ever said out loud, Wilma. I love you. But I am 100 pct sure she knew that. God Rest.”
