He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rogers and Tiny Davis Rogers; and his siblings, Thomas Jr Dudley, James Dudley, MaryAnn Anderson and Henrietta P'pool.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Jean; his significant other Nancy O'toole; and his children, Sarah Jane, Carrie Lynn and Kenneth Emery (Barbara Jean). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and several wonderful friends.
