It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel F Foster Jr. of Bremerton, Washington, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel F Foster and Norma Louise Foster (Lively). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Nancy and Janet; his son-in-law Kurt; his brother Jack Foster (Willie) of Ferndale, WA.; his niece Leanne Foster; his nephew Bill Foster; his great-nephew Jackson; and his great-niece Hannah.
