He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crocker and Pauline Crocker; his sister Desiree Winter; his brother-in-law Larry Collier; his niece Tracey Ward; his granddaughter Evangeline Beaulieu; and also, Hoyt and Barbara Garrett.

He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Wendy Beaulieu (Mike) and Jen Ledbetter (Andrew); his grandchildren, Michaela, Amber, Faith Beaulieu, Addy Ledbetter, Alex Ledbetter and Bobby Beaulieu; his brother-in-law Mark Winter; his nephew Jeremy Mitchell; his niece Amanda Yanes (Jose); and also, Angela Collier, Steve (Allison), Tracy (Todd Butler), Nancy Quattrocchi (Bob), Bill Turner (Erica), Sabrina Turner, Joslyn Ward (Mike), Karl Garrett (Diane), Karla (Paul), Janet Waits (Ray), Amanda Bozeman, Jessica Trout (Jerrimie), Greg Garrett, Keith Garrett (Sarah) and Melissa Shrunk.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation to aid in finding a cure. This charity was close to his heart, as he and his family have been greatly impacted by this disease.
