We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, at the age of 71, Richard Scott Traver of Bremerton, Washington, born in Lewiston, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Richard Traver and Florence Evelyn Traver (Hull). He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Rae Traver of Billings, MT and Rachel Kathryn Traver of Billings, MT; his wife Deborah Ann Traver (Claypool) of Bremerton; and his siblings, Thomas Traver (Karen) of Portland, OR, James Traver (Marta) of Portland, OR and Ruth Ann Choate (Steven) of Portland, OR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
