He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Noonan and Gladys Noonan; and his sister Patricia Warman of Waveland, Mississippi.. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his stepson David Noonan of Fort Lauderdale; and his siblings, Alan, Marilyn (Smith) of Waveland and Barbara (Livers) of The Villages. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Before covid, he enjoyed attending church at Peace Lutheran Church, Bremerton, Washington.
