She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Eugene and Margaret A. Feren (Clark); her husband William Lee "Bill" Osburn; her daughter Linda Lea Osburn; her brother Charles Eye; and her brother-in-law Jim Osburn.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Osburn of Port Orchard, Washington and Michael L. Osburn; and her granddaughters, Aubriana Jones (Chase) and Ashley Mijangos (Jose). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
