Kotoko Barrett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2021, at the age of 90, Kotoko Barrett of Bremerton, Washington passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kotoko Barrett to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Asae Nemoto and Hido Nemoto; her spouse Noel Barrett of Bremerton, WA; and her daughters, Dena Skelley and Vikki Anderson (Arthur). She was also cherished by her brother and sister and survived by several nieces and nephews.
