Jonathan Adonay Chavez , 30 , of San Jose California passed away in Bremerton Washington on September 1, 2017. Jonathan was born in El Salvador on February 7, 1987. He graduated from high school in San Jose CA in 2005. Completed Army basic training and Schooling in both Fort Benning and Fort Gordon in Georgia. Later received his Masters Degree Magna Cum Laude in Information Technology. Jonathan was a sergeant in the United States Army as a signal support specialist. Honorably discharged he later became a Information system analyst for TCM Inc. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, and swimming, as well as training in the ring as a amateur MMA fighter. He married Tristan Van Horn on March 24, 2008, and was the proud father of Lilith Chavez on October 24, 2012. "All We Need Is Love" Jonathan in his unimaginably brief lifetime, distinguished himself as a unique and amazing young man. Every day Jonathan’s family and friends were blessed by his boundless joy, uplifting spirit, and infectious smile. Jonathan never took himself too seriously, and celebrated life and love with everyone. But Jonathan was known by those who knew him best for his unwavering loyalty, his genuine compassion, and his unquestionable love. Jonathan’s passion for helping others reached far beyond his own family and friends. Jonathan is survived by his father, mother, sister, and daughter : Jorge Chavez, Maria Chavez, Jennifer Chavez, Lilith Chavez.
