He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his son John L. Breslin III; his grandson Aiden Breslin; and his siblings, Robert of Alabama, Elizabeth (Gore) of North Carolina, William of Ohio, Bonnie (Timmons) of Ohio and Michelle (Carroll) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
