He was predeceased by: his daughter Tonya; and his siblings, Connie, Tammy, Carroll and Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Nick Stephens (Bobbi), Troy Stephens (Cathy), Debbie Frazier and Jamie Harden (Rob); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Nolan, Curtis, Paris, Tiffany, Jordan, Riley, Nathan, Noah, Kyler, Rhylee and Mandy.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Puyallup Eagles (1106 E Main Ave, Puyallup, WA 98372).
