She was predeceased by: her parents, LaMarne Bryan Bowen McNett and Alvin Talbert Bowen, Sr.; her son Joseph Billings; and her siblings, Carolyn Bowen Muncie, Rosa Lee Bowen Stryker, Lucy Bowen Warner, Alvin Talbert Bowen Jr. and Gerald Lee Bowen.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Billings (Sue) of Bremerton, WA, Marie Irvin (Gary) of St. Joe, MO, Dianna Lovett (Dan) of Springfield, MO, Jeannette Rogers (Bill) of Poulsbo, WA and Catherine Boynton (Chris) of Lancaster, KS; and her siblings, Frances McFeeters of Mayberry, AR, Mary Kopp of Alton, IL, Pam Weishaar of Leavenworth, KS, Valerie Bowen of Atchison, KS, Kenneth Bowen, Frank Bowen, Sr., Lyle Bowen, Harold "Buzz" Bowen and Michael Bowen of Horton, KS.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
