He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Skelly and Marilyn Skelly (Herbert); and his brother William Skelly. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hugick; his mother-in-law Irene Hugick; his children, Thomas II and Leah of Seattle, WA; and his siblings, Donald C. Kelly (Lynn) of Jacksonville, FL, Joseph E. Skelly of Tuscan, AZ, Robert F. Skelly (Stacey) of Houston, TX, Charles F. Skelly (Susan) of Underhill, VT, John D. Skelly of New York, NY and Maryann Skelly of Red Hook, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
