He was predeceased by: his former wife Joan Roche (Siobhan); and his siblings, Stella, John, Jim, Martin, Josie Brown, Mae Smith, Bridey Glendon and Angela Nolan (Charles).

He is survived by: his wife Jean Wilson (Chaplin); his siblings, Mike Long (Marian) of Kenmore, WA, Eileen O'Brien of Portland, OR, Stasia Long of Ferrybank, Theresa Furlong of Waterford, Ireland, Peggy Cross of Kodiak, AK and Eddie Long of Newport, OR; his children, Tony (Rosemary) of Yakima, Maria Doyle (Mike) of Bellingham, Martin (Claudia) of Everett, Tommy (Nancy) of Floresville, TX and Tonia Lucas (Jon) of Snohomish; and his stepsons, Bob Wilson (Lika) of Marysville and Paul Wilson (Trisha) of Port Susan, WA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
