He is survived by: his parents, Fred Thaut and Helen Thaut; his son Evan; his brother Doug; his wife Becky; his sons, Ryan (Allyson), Eric, Nick (Christina) and Nathan (Sonja); his grandchildren, Anna, Sofie, Kinsley and Jameson; and his brothers, Dennis (Shari), Joel (Heidi) and Russ (Claudia). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
