He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Heidi Sherman (Don) and Christopher Nelson; his stepsons, Eric Dufur and Alan Dufur Petrick; his grandchildren, Shelby Nelson, Elizabeth Dufur, Andrew Dufur and Kylie Sherman; and his siblings, Mike Nelson and Mary Niemeyer (Dick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
