Ira Mookherjee Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ira Mookherjee (Bothell, Washington), who passed away on August 8, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harsha Nath Mookherjee; her parents, Labanya Kumar Ganguly and Bina Mukherjee Ganguly; and her brother Prashanta Kumar Ganguly. She is survived by: her daughter Paramita "Mita" Mookherjee; her son-in-law Nikita Synytskyy; her grandson Dmitriy "Dima" Mookherjee Synytskyy of Seattle, WA; and her brothers, Sushanta Kumar Ganguly and Sumanta Kumar Ganguly.

The family wishes to thank Aegis Living of Queen Anne on Galer for being Ira's second family, taking care of her during the pandemic as her health and cognition deteriorated.
