He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Young; his son Patrick; his daughter-in-law Cristi Young; his daughters, Jennifer (John Pawlowski) and Rosemary (James Whitright); his brother James Young; his niece Stacey; and his nephew James. He is also survived by three granddaughters, two grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society for the treatment and eradication of pancreatic cancers or the American Battlefield Trust for the preservation of America's battlegrounds.
