He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Marisa Klein; his parents, Patricia Moore of Olympia and David Moore (Kristine) of Lynnwood; his sister Karen Hollenbeck (Robb); his niece Evelyn; his stepsiblings, Kameryn and Derrance (Jordan); his aunts and uncles, Brian Teller of Portland, Oregon, Angela Teller of Battle Ground, Washington, Glen Moore of Barrow, Ann Smith (Ray) of Barrow, England and Carol Thompson (Lee) of Halifax; his great-aunt Nancy Rawlinson of Portland; and his cousins, Christian Teller, Jim, Steve Rawlinson, Janet Heinrichs (Dale), Andrew, Scott and Amy Thompson. He was also cherished by cousins, extended family and friends.
