He was predeceased by: his parent Willard "Blacky" Earl. He is survived by: his parent Grace Cawood; his daughters, Angela Lanneau (George) and Shellie Frost (Robert); his grandchildren, Skyler Frost, Savanna Frost, Alexander Lanneau and Nicole Lanneau; his great grandchild Paisley Littlefield; and his sister Kathy Joyce (Michael).
A celebration of Charles life will be held (from 1-3 pm, Sunday, March 4, 2018) at Lifetime Celebrations by Washelli, 18224 103rd Avenue NE, Bothell, WA In lieu of flowers please consider a charitable donation to the ASPCA in Chuck's name.
