It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Haugen of Bothell, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband David Haugen; her parents, Gene Nelson and Ann Nelson Cossalter; and her stepfather Herman Cossalter. She is survived by: her stepbrother Tom Cossalter; her children, Pat McLoughlin (Kathy), Mark McLoughlin (Jody), Jay McLoughlin (Jacquie), Gary Cardinelli and Laurie Haugen; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Prietto (Peter); her stepchildren, Steven Haugen and Debbie Marshall (Bob); her sister Georgene; and her spouse Mick McLoughlin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, one great-grandson, three step-great- granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
