He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Maiorca; his children, Stephen, Diana Maiorca, Kasey and Jenn Maiorca; his grandchildren, Caleb, Angela, Ainsley and Allison; his nephews, Vince Ingram, Robert and Tracie Ingram; and his pet Jasmine. He is also survived by children, his dearly loved friends.
