He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Joyce; and his parents, Marcella and John. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Marie Ranquist (Andy) of Surrey; his brothers, Richard E. Dvorscak (Holly) of Vermilion and Gary A. Dvorscak (Chris) of Amherst, Ohio; his grandchildren, Danielle M. Miceli, Nicole C. Miceli and Logan A. Ranquist; and his great grandchild Iona Miceli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
