He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Westhaver and Mildred Westhaver; and his siblings, Peter, Gay Lynn "Tweety" Sears and Holly Palmer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eric Westhaver (Rick) and Wendy Bell of Bellingham; and his nieces and nephews, Abbey, Brynn, Leonard, Richard and Eli. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
