He was predeceased by: his father William C. Harp. He is survived by: his mother Vicki Harp of Black Diamond, WA.; his wife Ronda Phillips; his grandchildren, Aidan, Vanessa, Allison, Xander, Aria and Axl; his children, Kalen (Jamie) and Elizabeth Phillips; and his siblings, Jeff, Travis and Cindy.
