He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Marie Rush and Vernon Rush, Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Lenker; his children, Amanda and Tyson; his stepson John; his siblings, Vernon and Vicki (Ward); his stepmother Sunnie Nevins; his stepsisters, Jennifer (Chance) and Debbie (Olsen); his grandchildren, James, Delaney (Rush), Dillon, Payton (Mowery), Josie and Audrey (Brooks); and also Vivian (Albert).
