She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Agnes and Joseph; her husband Tim Haitsma; her siblings, Daniel, Jo-Ann, Carol and Roger; and her nieces and nephews, Maarten, Rebecca, Christopher, Noelle and Carley.
Charitable donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the Belmont LTC Facility in Diana's memory.
