Winston Scott Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winston Scott Carter of Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred E. Carter and Rosadele Carter; his significant other Mary Margaret Montag; and his brothers, Donald, Stanton and Burton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Carter of Washington and Brittany Sekulic (Mirko) of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
