William L. Carroll Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William L. Carroll (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Jeanne Lafond; his son Randy (Terri Carroll); his friend Lummi; his brother-in-law Jim Sutter (Neptune Beach); his nephews, James and Anthony; his close friends, Steven and April Kieburtz; his sister Mary Lafond; his friend ChaDasSkaDum Whichtalum; his niece Margo Arnold (James Lafond Sutter); his wife Jeanne Lafond Carroll; his close friend Neptune Beach; his grandchildren, AJ Carroll (Alli), Brandon Carroll, Lynnwood, Jon Carroll, Emily Carroll (Lynnwood) and Sam Carlos of Hilo, HI; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Harper, Paisley and Novah Carroll; his siblings, Don Carroll (Carole), Everett, Brian Carroll (Debbie) and Sue Carroll Garlock (Rick); his sisters-in-law, Patricia Lafond (John Cleary) and Kathryn Lafond (George Brooks); and also Mary Lafond. He was also cherished by children and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal (355 Harris Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225).
