It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Weaver of Bellingham, Washington, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 15, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Joy Shelly; his children, Randall, Russell, Rodney Shelly, Sheila Shelly Anderson and Gloria Shelly Watson; and his brother Clifford Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
