He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Rhone and Margaret Rhone. He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his children, Travis Rhone (Sarah), Tiffany York (Adam) and Tessa Ebbesen (Ryan); his grandchildren, Ty, Avery York, Walker, Taryn and Anders Ebbesen; his stepgrandchildren, Cyan Brown and Kinsley Johnson; his siblings, Jim Rhone, Bill Rhone (Denise), Bob Rhone, Ed Rhone (Gretchen) and Linda Miller (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Mitch Muscutt (Greta) and Tammy Wilcox (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of gifts, the family has requested donations be made to this organization because of their meticulous care for Tom and his entire family through this journey.
