He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue; and his children, Kathleen McKinney (Leonard), Kimberly Smith (Jason), Howard Foster (Crystal) and Rhianna Camacho (Gustavo). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
