He is survived by: his wife Carole Lee Henley; his children, Sam Henley Jr., Wade Henley (Laurie), Laurie Rutzer (Mike) and Karrie Warner (Bret); his grandchildren, Kara Krenz, Kelly Otterstetter (Jesse), Lisa Vance (Terry), Sam Henley III, Ryan Henley, Mercedes Caemmerer (Kai), Madison Henley, Melanie Longanecker (Brice), Dustin Rutzer, Matthew Rutzer (Tiffini), Megan Winn (Terry), Breanna Scheffer (Daniel) and Blake Warner; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Emma Krenz, Janessa, Karissa Otterstetter, Ronin, Logan Rutzer, Dottie Vance, Ava, Michael Rutzer, Maddox Henley, Presley Scheffer and Baby Longanecker. He is also survived by 5 children, 13 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
