It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthie K. Buckner (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Moore and Eliza Moore; and her brother Darryl Moore. She is survived by: her husband Gary Buckner; and her children, Richard Karuza (Regina) of Ferndale, Cheri Christian (Cliff) of Bellingham Wa and John Karuza (Amy) of Spokane Wa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
