With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy L. Dillard of Bellingham, Washington, born in Calico Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dillard and Dorothy Dillard; and his wife Penny Dillard. He is survived by: his children, Pam Fales (Gus), Sheri Lopeman (Jay) and Greg Dillard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
