He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Blakesley and Mike Blakesley; his wife Dianne Blakesley; his siblings, John Blakesley (Marie), Robert Blakesley (Debbie), Kelly Blakesley (Noel), David Blakesley (Ann), Kim Terpsma (Gary) and Kristine Seymour; his children, Kim Wagner (Sam), Tina Jackson (Mike O'Herron), Chuck Jackson and Tari Givens (Darrell); his grandchildren, Ryan Jackson (Jennifer), Kyle Jackson (McKenzie Hawes), Alyssa Jackson, Lindsey Powell, Miracle Givens, Jordan Givens and Mesa Givens; and his great grandchild Decker Jackson.
