He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Stevenson of Moorcroft, Wyoming.. He is survived by: his daughter Sally Hulbush (Wayne Johnson) of Samish Island; his grandson Darby Blake of Kent; his stepgrandsons, Tony and Anders Johnson of Detroit, Michigan; his son Ted Hulbush of Thailand; his granddaughter Sara Cobb (Joshua Henderson) of Redmond; and his great grandchild Noah Cobb of Redmond.
Remembrances are suggested to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church or the Burlington-Edison Education and Alumni Foundation.
