He was predeceased by: his father Robert Johnson; his daughter Hazel Phair; his grandparents, William A. Phair Sr. and Rosemarie Phair (Washington); his parents-in-law, Linda Williams and Donald Hubbard; his aunt Yvonne Solomon; his uncle William Phair Jr.; and his sister-in-law Julie Jefferson.
He is survived by: his mother Ardellina Johnson (Dode); his daughters, Sarena, BreAuna Phair and Annie; his stepson Dennis Phair; his grandchildren, Derek, Deliliah Cruz, Grant Liddle and Eli; and his siblings, Christopher Phair, Dora Johnson and Rosemarie Johnson. He is also survived by many many Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces and Cousins who grew up like siblings.
