It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Neil (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on January 17, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Larry E. Neil, Sr.; his stepfather Robert J. Paulette; his brothers, Ronald Neil and Donald Neil; and his stepsister Sandra Paulette.
He is survived by: his wife Candy Neil; his sons, Chris Neil (Brandy), Anthony, Landon and Justin Neil (Natalie); his grandchildren, Alexis, Mackenzie and Kaelyn; his son Jason Neil; his grandson Blake; his mother Clara H. Paulette; his siblings, Tamara Farabee (Don) and Larry Neil (Angela); and his stepsiblings, Robert Paulette (Karen), Dave Paulette and Margie Backstrom (Brad).
