He is survived by: his wife Shirley Farwell-Plank; his children, Rick Plank (Patty), Jane Lusk (Steve) and Scott Plank (Corina Hardin); and his grandchildren, Tim, Graham, Annie, Gretchen, Kristi, Jamie, Steven and Karl. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and many loving relatives and friends.
