With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Barrett of Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on March 13, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Barrett and Zynaga "Butch" Barrett; his wife Rhonda; his children, Megen Wright (David) and Bryan Barrett; his granddaughters, Ashlynn and Nora; and his sisters, Jacki Maruska and Donna Johnson.
