He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Ramsay and Florence Ramsay; his son Todd; and also, William Bishop and Helen Bishop.

He is survived by: his wife Rhea; his brother Rob; his son Lance; his daughters-in-law, Kendra and Torhil; his brother-in-law Marc; his grandchildren, Hayden, Kelsey, Tyler, Sedona, Portia, Ryker, Samson and Tucker; and also Episcopal Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like any donations to be made to the Whatcom Hospice Foundation (http://www.whatcomhospice.org).
