She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Solomon and Emanuel Revey, Sr. (William "Bill" Owings); her daughter Valentina "Tina" Revey; and her siblings, Marion Jefferson, Rita Deardorff, Christopher Revey, Emanuel Revey and Valentino "Tino" Revey.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Owings; her children, Joe Point, Carol Parsons (Vincent), Cheryl Toler (Timothy), Michael Owings (Debbie), William Owings Jr. (Mia) and Donald Owings Brown (Lusia); and her sister Maria Palmer. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
