He is survived by: his brother Gary Hawkins (Patty); his children, Ron Hawkins, Kriss Williams, Dennis Hawkins, Wendy Adelesi (Taiwo), Kellee Mikac (Steven), Sheree Francis (Steve) and Scott Wemp (Karly); his wife Karen Nieuwendorp Hawkins; and also, Vicki Hawkins and Florence Dandliker (Richard).
