He was predeceased by: his father James Young Ballard (J. Y.). He is survived by: his wife Nuria Ballard of Ferndale, WA; his children, Valarie Keretz (Ernie) of Griffin, GA, Todd Ballard of Memphis, TN, Stephanie Stucjus (Frank) of Flagstaff, AZ and Jurden Ballard (Joy) of Anchorage, AK; and his siblings, Perry Ballard (Isabel) of Griffin, GA and Nikki Ellard of Williamson, GA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
