She is survived by: her former husband Bill McCullough; her daughter Beth; her husband James Bradshaw (Jim); her children, Amy Jungwirth of Covington, TN, Bill McCullough (Erica) of Larkspur, CA and Jeanne Lewis (Andrew) of Arlington, VA.; her grandchildren, Nick, Alexandra, Joseph, Andrew, Kathryn and Abby; her sister Carol Joyce; her sister-in-law Anne Joyce; her nephews, Scott, Todd and Adam; her stepchildren, Lynn Meakin (John), Rick Bradshaw (Diane), Laura Reed, Paul Bullard and Karen Bullard (Nat); and also Lou.

Louise Joyce Starr of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
